The one lighted court at Montecito Heights directly overlooks the 110. It’s in playable if not pristine condition. Automotive whoosh is one of its main features, along with the graffiti on the lamp posts. I really want to recognize the park employee who opened and maintained the restroom very early on the morning I visited here. Let’s hear it for public park bathrooms being open and clean when you need ’em.
