Four lighted courts with a scuffed playing surface and pickleball lines. The net straps were askew when I visited, a small but telling sign of neglect, which is too bad because the location is terrific. Such a grand park, full of cork oaks, sycamore, and Montezuma cypress. Also quite grand here is the backboard, a monster decorated with generations of tennis-ball smudge and an inspiring mural on the other side.
